If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. Please call us on 0208 853 8282 to cancel your appointment.
We ask that you respect our time by assuming full responsibility for honouring your reservation.
Clients who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of their booked service.
This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
